    1. PRODUCT, SIZES AND COLOR
    Products are available for viewing with specified product name, available colors, available sizes and size guides. Please choose your size carefully and accordingly. It is at the discretion of the Customer to choose the size that would fit them best.

     

    2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

    Payment is expected to be received within 24 hours upon placement of orders.

    Please choose among the following payment modes that would be most convenient to you.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    If you chose to pay via BDO Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit, please do not forget to send us an email at shop@outlandshoes.com of the screenshot of your proof of payment / deposit slip / successful bank transfer transaction 
    so that we can process the delivery / shipping of your order as soon as we have confirmed your full payment.

    Please note that payment through these channels are confirmed by the next working day.

    Customers hereby agree to pay the full amount of the items they ordered. Only carts worth Php 5,000.00 and below are available for COD. Carts that exceed Php 5,000.00 are to be paid via PAYMONGO or through BDO Deposit. 

    Our Courier / Delivery Man has the right to refuse to surrender the package / item/s ordered if the payment given by the customer is insufficient. 

    Please note that NO DELIVERIES are made during weekends - Saturdays and Sundays and on National Holidays. OUTLAND is not liable for any delays incurred by the courier. An email will be sent to your registered email account with the Tracking number of your package.
