Return and Exchange Policy

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We believe that all orders accomplished through our page has been carefully made by the customer with their personal choice as to design, color and size. However if in case you have received an order that is different from the style, color and size you ordered, or if the item has incurred any damage, you may then return and exchange the item/s for the right design, color and size. 

Please email us at shop@outlandshoes.com beforehand to let us know of the issue with the order and we will send you the details as to how to exchange your item/order. 

For Metro Manila (NCR) - we will have our courier pick it up at your registered address and contact you beforehand for the schedule of pick up.

For Visayas and Mindanao area - Please leave the package at the LBC Store 
nearest you with a COP (Charge on pick up) shipping instruction. 

If the reason for the exchange of order is because of a wrong size - either smaller or bigger than your actual foot size. Shipping for the return and re-delivery of the item/s is upon the customer. Likewise please send us an email atshop@outlandshoes.com so we can help you with the process of exchanging your item/order. Please note that all products have their corresponding size guides to help you decide which size will fit your feet best.
